We will ship out your items the next day after receipt of payment.

IMPORTANT

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Currency of transactions We accept British Pounds, US dollars and Euros.

Returns and Refunds

Jouaillerie Limited accepts the return of only damaged goods. In the case of receiving damaged goods or shortages please notify us within 7 days and return the damaged goods within 14 days after the date of receipt. We will offer an authorisation code for the return item(s) which you can use for your next order after we check in the returned goods and their condition.

We do not send out replacements or exchange items. Return/damaged goods must be sent out in the original packaging and not used/ are new and in resalable condition with the original packaging. otherwise the authorisation code cannot be issued.

We recommend using Royal mail recorded delivery, keeping your proof of your postage as Jouaillerie Limited might ask you for receipt of postage. Returns are sent at your own expense to the address holder of the item provided. Authorisation codes will be sent for all out of stock items, too. The return form must be completed and sent with good(s), otherwise we cannot process your return. Refund does not include any postage from either side. For purchases above 100pounds where we delivered free of charge, if your final purchase after using the refund is less than 100pounds, we will charge the original postage at the prevailing rate.

Availability and delivery

Delivery details are set out our website. We shall endeavour to deliver your order within the delivery times specified on our website. However, any dates specified by us for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate only and time for delivery shall not be of the essence.

-You, or your representative, will be required to sign to accept delivery of the Goods. If for any reason you fail to accept delivery of any of the Goods or if we are unable to deliver the Goods because you have not provided appropriate instructions or documents:

-risk in the Goods shall pass to you (including for loss or damage caused by our negligence); and

-the Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered; and

-we may store the Goods until delivery, whereupon you shall be liable for all related costs and expenses (including, without limitation, storage and insurance). – We may deliver the Goods by separate instalments. Each separate instalment shall be invoiced and paid for in accordance with the Contract.

Non-delivery

The quantity of any consignment of Goods as recorded by us on despatch from our place of business shall be conclusive evidence of the quantity received by you on delivery unless you can provide conclusive evidence proving the contrary. We shall not be liable for any non-delivery of Goods (even if caused by our negligence) unless you give written notice to us of the non-delivery within 7 days of the date when the Goods would in the ordinary course of events have been received. Our liability for non-delivery of the Goods shall be limited to issuing a credit note at the pro rata Contract rate against any invoice raised for such Goods or refunding to you any payment which you have made to us for the Goods.
